Hope to be able to clay later today again - we have snow but we lucked out and the storm moved north of us. We have 5 inches... our son's area has over 2 feet!! That is not normal, usually it's the other way around. We are feeling so blessed, and so is our son, because he loves to ski. There's a win-win situation.
Hope everyone is having a safe and happy Sunday.

It's amazing how you get so many combinations with those canes!
ReplyDeleteOoh! Yellow! My favorite!! Very pretty, Jacks.
ReplyDeleteMelissa
Jackie you are amazing how you get such intricate designs for your canes.
ReplyDeleteI have done some using Cindys method and will put them on my blog soon, but they are not so clear and sharp as yours, just how do you do that?
All very nice

Every cane I see is even prettier than the last. You are sure a master of this technique! I especially resonate to the colours of this cane and am especially drawn to the 3rd one down that has and edging that looks like a package all tied up in a pretty pink bow.
ReplyDeleteMan! Gorgeous as always Jackie!! Is it coincidence that you and BJ both are doing yellow? :)))
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone. Elizabeth, I get the best results from Kato clay, generally. The softer clays don't give the same crisp look, I've noticed.
ReplyDeleteAnita - yes I agree that one looks like a gift!
Mary - yes it sure is a coincidence, as I haven't even seen BJ's blog yet. I'm off to check it out now.
