This is not sanded yet, I'm still deciding whether to sand and buff this one, I may not.
The square center stone is compliments of Mr. Scott Mizevitz, it is an antique stone and very beautiful, the camera only caught a little of its glow.

Jackie, This IS really magical, not to mention gorgeous! So delicate with the soft colors and lovely edging. It's the perfect showstopper spot for Scott's stone.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I love the stone. I'd forget sanding it (but I avoid sanding like the devil :). It looks like it would be hard to get it all without hitting the stone!
ReplyDeleteSo glad this was saved from the scrap pile. Quite lovely.
ReplyDeleteThank you all! I am re-thinking the idea of sanding it, I appreciate your advice about that, Kate.
ReplyDeleteThat is very pretty Jackie!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh... this is fantastic!! It belongs on my 'Sparkly Wall'!! :)))
ReplyDeleteYummy!
ReplyDeleteHi Jackie love this cane my fav cols, and what a great idea to put the stone in the centre like that. you could sand if you put a piece of masking tape over your stone, or take the stone out while you sand?. My 2 cents worth, as I think sanding is alway needed to bring out the best of the design.
